ImmiFlo Terms of Service

1. About ImmiFlo

ImmiFlo is a document preparation tool operated by ImmiFlo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). ImmiFlo helps you organize immigration case evidence and draft supporting documents using AI. ImmiFlo is not a law firm. Using ImmiFlo does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing generated by ImmiFlo is legal advice. All AI-generated drafts must be reviewed by a licensed U.S. immigration attorney before filing with USCIS.

2. One-time purchases

ImmiFlo offers a free tier (RFE structured diagnosis) and a paid tier: a one-time single-case unlock (RFE Basic — comparison against your original filing and a response strategy). We do not currently offer a subscription plan. Paid features are billed in USD by ImmiFlo LLC at checkout, with payments processed by Stripe.

3. Refunds

A one-time single-case purchase is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no paid feature has been used yet on that case. Requests made after a paid feature has been used on the case go to manual review instead of an automatic refund. Refund requests can be made through in-app support. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use ImmiFlo to provide immigration legal services to third parties without a valid license to practice law, or to hold yourself out as a licensed attorney or accredited representative. You may not use ImmiFlo to fabricate evidence, misrepresent facts to USCIS, or otherwise engage in immigration fraud. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. No guarantee of outcome

ImmiFlo does not predict or guarantee approval outcomes. Any strength ratings (Strong / Moderate / Weak) reflect evidence completeness only and are not a prediction of USCIS adjudication.

6. Data and account

See our Privacy Policy for how your data is processed and stored. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you submit.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will require you to re-accept the terms before continuing to use paid features.
