Is ImmiFlo free to use?+
ImmiFlo offers a free tier (RFE structured diagnosis) and a paid tier: a one-time single-case unlock (RFE Basic — comparison against your original filing + a response strategy). There is currently no monthly subscription, and the fuller tier (response letter drafting, audit, export) is not yet available for purchase.
Is ImmiFlo for applicants or for immigration professionals?+
Both. Petitioners use it on their own EB-1A or NIW RFE. Immigration consultants, case preparers, and paralegals use it on client cases: each client's RFE is a separate case under one account, labeled with the applicant's name, and the paid tier is bought per case. There are no team seats or client-billing features — ImmiFlo does one job, the RFE analysis.
Does ImmiFlo replace an immigration attorney?+
No. ImmiFlo is a document preparation tool, not a law firm. Using ImmiFlo does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing generated by ImmiFlo is legal advice. All AI-generated drafts must be reviewed by a licensed U.S. immigration attorney before filing with USCIS. See our Terms of Service.
Can I get a refund on a one-time purchase?+
One-time single-case purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no paid feature has been used yet on that case; requests after a paid feature has been used go to manual review. See Terms §3, or contact us to request a refund.
Is my case data secure?+
See the Security & Data page for what is stored server-side, which sub-processors are involved, and how long data is retained.
Does ImmiFlo support NIW, or only EB-1A?+
Both. Evidence indexing, consistency checks, and RFE analysis support EB-1A's ten criteria and NIW's three Dhanasar prongs.
Does ImmiFlo predict my chances of approval?+
No. ImmiFlo never estimates an approval probability. Any strength rating reflects how complete your evidence is, not a prediction of how USCIS will decide.
